Keeping the studio clean and working hygienically is our #1 priority.  We constantly monitor each other and give each other feedback on the methods and disinfectants we use while keeping an eye on the market for new products and assessing them as they come out.
Aside from daily cleaning of the all the areas in the studio we work to a high standard to ensure each tattoo is done under strict hygienic conditions.

The needles and tips we use are prepackaged and EOS Gas sterilsed complete with expiry dates and batch/lot numbers for identification, each used only once.  Inks are sterile and come with batch numbers and expiry dates, we are constantly checking up on the EU Product Recall list for any recalls of tattoo products.

The workstation is cleaned down and sterilised before and after each tattoo.  Anything we touch during the tattoo with our gloves and any furniture a client comes into contact with is covered in a barrier to prevent the cross contamination of blood borne pathogens.  All barriers and materials are disposed of after each tattoo.

It’s a priority to work hygienically, for our clients safety but also our own.

Biocleanse

We use Biocleanse to sterilise the workstation and furniture before and after a tattoo.  It’s a high strength cleaner effective against MRSA, HIV and other blood borne pathogens.

As tattooers, tattooing and art are our passions but we realise that it means nothing if the tattoo can’t be done under hygienic conditions and the health of our clients and ourselves aren’t compromised.  We are always more than happy to answer any questions about the conditions the tattoo is done under, don’t be afraid to ask.
